Exchange must be made within 14 days of purchase and items must be in original condition with labels attached. It is at the buyers expense for return postage unless the product is deemed faulty.
If an item is faulty please send a photo of the fault to the crownequestrian@outlook.com so that we can properly assess the issue and we will cover the shipping cost to return the item. A refund will only be issued if there is not a suitable item to replace the faulty item with.
